 7.Customer Rates

      a. Customer rate use your all in rate to quote the customer and disregards the truck rates, and markup engine

8.Mark Up Decision Tree

-   The markups go through a series of decisions to decide how many mark ups to add to your truck rate. We suggest you use Lead Time as your Primary mark ups and use the other 4 mark-up rules as line items.
      a. Lead Time - Lead time markups are based on the pickup appts. The lead time is in hours starting from zero and are consecutive and do not stack.
example -  12, would be anything picking up within the next 12 hours would be quoted with this lead time.
example - 24,  anything from 13 to 24 hours would be quoted with this lead time.
example 48, anything from 25 to 48 hours would be quoted with this lead time.
Example 10000, anything from 49 to 10000 hours would be quoted with this lead time.
      b. Location - Origin location markup.
      c. Miles -  Miles markups are based on the start mileage being zero and are consecutive and do not stack.
example- 100, would be anything from 0 to 100 would be quoted with this mileage mark up
example -200, would be anything from 101 to 200 would be quoted with this mileage mark up.
      e. Time range
Based on pick-up appt, the mark up is for a specific time period such as a holiday to add an additional markup
      f. Daily time rules
based on pick up appt, example - Repeating time rules for after-hours or weekends.
